Responsible for providing timely customer service according to the requirements of the different platforms. Customer service emails need to be replied within 24 hours.
Properly prepare and sort customer orders for shipment using correct carrier in a timely manner. Orders need to be ship out within 1 business day.
Responsible for operation of Amazon account, including but not limited to upload product listing；preparation of product description；product picture optimization；timely replenishment；marketing strategy, cost control, logistical strategy, advertising strategy and all areas of e-commerce operations as needed.
Support operational strategy and innovation to drive business goals for revenue, operational performance, and profitability
Responsible for providing administrative support as necessary.
Responsible for any other duties that may be assigned by the CEO or General Manager that is necessary for the success of the business.
